Can’t see some elements while editing or playing the game? Make sure it’s turned on in the Display Mode settings first!
Open View > Toggle display mode to see the options that can be made visible . These can be used in editor mode and gameplay mode independently, which is useful when you’d like to show a lot of debug information while editing, but would like a clean screen during gameplay.
Let’s have an example to clear things up:
If we, for instance, wanted by selecting or un-selecting filters. Filters can be set these independently for both the what you see in the editor mode (Editor Options) and in gameplay mode (Game Options).
Show / hide elements
The example below works in the same way for other elements such as not just areas, waypoints, paths or sprites, but for all other available elements.
Example: If you want to show all the different trigger areas and waypoints used on our level, we you would need to enable the right correct filters. For that, we In this example, you would need to go into to Editor options > Debugand there enable Areas and Waypoints. It should look something like this:

Image AddedIf you start gameplay in the world after that, you’d notice that the filters aren’t visible. This is because we did not want the same filters to be visible while in-game, you need to apply these options also in the Game options > Debug.
Now you can debug easier, and test your debugs in peace.
